Users have the right to request a refund within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the first activation of the system, in case of a significant technical defect that prevents the system from performing the basic functions agreed upon, or if the main features do not match what was explained in the offer or agreement.

The team will review the case and respond within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of submitting the request, and determine the eligibility for refund or provide appropriate technical solutions.
If it is proven that the reason for the return request is due to a defect in the system or a software problem from Fleetoo's side, no additional fees will be charged. However, if the reason for the return is the customer's desire to cancel or change their mind without a technical defect or error in the description, an administrative fee of 2% of the invoice value will be deducted for the operational and administrative costs that have been incurred.
